Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy

Payments: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The balance, plus 15% taxes & fees and $100 refundable security deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival (no additional pet deposit, is required).

If the room/apartment is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is 30 - 59 days prior to scheduled arrival, 75% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund.

In the event of personal emergencies, I can't guarantee anything. But I'll make every effort to book you another period (free of additional charge), if one is available that fits your schedule. The replacement must be of equal or less value.

Don't worry about hurricanes. If there is a mandatory evacuation of Roanoke Island, a pro-rated refund will be given for each day the evacuation is in effect.
