Before check-out, all items on the "Check-out Checklist" (posted in the unit) must be completed.

Cleaning Checklist

(You may clean yourself, or I will clean for $50 out of your deposit - your choice! Please let me know, so I can have it ready for the next folks!)
1. Clean kitchen - wipe fridge, microwave, dishes, counters, sink, floor.
2. Clean bathroom - toilet, sink, shower, countertop, floor, mirror.
3. Wash sheets and towels and fold. Do not put them back on the bed.
4. Wipe down all counters, tables and mirrors.
5. Sweep floors. Mop if needed.
6. Vacuum carpet.
7. Make the house look like somewhere you’d be happy to be.
8. If any furniture was moved, replace to original positions .
9. If you would like to leave food/condiments in the refrigerator (not leftovers), or household items, I’d rather see things used than thrown away! 10. Take trash and recycling to the cans by the main driveway.
11. Sweep decks and stairs.
12.  Clean deck furniture and grill (if you used grill)
