This little cottage is located on the back edge of a 2.5 acre parcel. Owners live in the main house, which is approximately 200 feet away. Plenty of privacy, but close enough if you need anything.

This is a new purchase and is in the process of remodel. Full kitchen, full bath, large living area that will have 2 full or queen beds, dining table and chairs, and small sitting area. It will be easy to live in and easy to care for.

Outside, enjoy an outdoor grill and patio. Front has a small screened sitting area. This one is a work in progress, but will be ready before April 1. Check back frequently! We'll post pics as we accomplish the work of making this your little dream vacation hideaway!!

NOTE- this cottage owned an operated by my daughter and son-in-law and is located in a different area, approximately a half mile from where I live. There is no washer/dryer, but there will be a clothesline to hang your beach things that are wet/sandy. The good news is, you won't be responsible for laudry! Sheets and other bedding and towels will be clean and ready for you. And, you will simply leave the used linens. But, you will be expected to clean the cottage before you leave. It will have tile/hardwood floors, so cleaning will be quick and easy. Or, you may agree to a $40 cleaning fee, and simply walk away! It's your choice.
