Total beds in unit = 3 queen, 4 twin, 1 double). Maximum occupancy = 8. For sleeping purposes, the unit offers 3 separate bedrooms, each of which had access to a bathroom without going through another bderoom. During off-season (any time except June/July/August), 129B "short" may be rented for up to 6 people for a 10% discount off the rent.

The deck has been expanded.... now we have a beautiful new 9 X 12 deck with propane grill and deck furniture. You may never want to leave!! This beautiful three-bedroom apartment, decorated in earth-tones and wildlife is designed for economy-minded folks - a great place to serve as "home base" for exploring the beautiful Outer Banks! It has all the comforts of home... - Fully heated/air-conditioned. Kitchenette has refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee pot, crock pot, and lots of extra small appliances.... but NO RANGE. It certainly has everything you need for breakfast and lunch- and plenty to creatively fix most dinners! Best used for simple dinners, sandwiches, and continental breakfast-type eating! Main room also has table and 6 chairs. All three bedrooms have TV's with basic cable. First bathroom has shower only. Second has tub/shower. Private entrance with private parking. ... |

Through the kitchenette, a door leads to a sitting/dining room with a washer/dryer, double futon, and one twin bed window seat. (See layouts to understand what you're renting)

- On the far end of the house (connected to the middle room) is a large bedroom with two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. A full bath room (with tub/shower) is accessed off the middle room. - Total, there are sleeping "places" for 12; however, maximum occupancy is 8. Plenty of sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, etc for all the beds. - Private stairway- makes it almost appear to be a treehouse! |
